I know this is one of the major problems now- a- days which most of us are facing due to our eating habits and not rinsing the mouth after every meal(no matter light or heavy).
At times due to bad breath we may face humiliation in public, I still remember one incident when I tried to kiss my girlfriend and she said no due to the bad order from my mouth.
It’s very important that we take the utmost care and make sure that we get rid of bad breath permanently.
1. Brush your teeth regularly.
Brush your teeth and rinse with mouth wash at least twice a day, and floss at least once a day. Take care to brush all the areas of your mouth, including gums and tongue, and not just your teeth.
